  • Mail Your Payment to the Address on the Order Form.

  • Personal Checks (in US funds only) ---
    held for 10 business days to clear before your order is sent.

  • Money Orders/Cashiers Checks (in US funds only) ---
    no hold on your order, your order is shipped promptly!

    your will see the words "Credit Card"...
  • You may select either Mastercard or Visa.

    with your order & credit card information.

  • Use this link to: Print an Order Form

  • Mail the Order Form with your Credit Card Info.
    to the Address on the Order Form.

    complete payment for the transaction.
