Q. Can you send me a catalog?

A. Sorry, but we do not have a Paper Catalog...because...

 1. The rapid changes of our product line (i.e., adding many new items)

  2. Our desire to be "green" (i.e., conserve paper and natural resources)

You can view our products online 7 days a weeks, 24 hours a day.

If you are looking for something you don't see, please contact us.

We may have what you are looking for and just need to list it online, or

we can make it for you.

Q. "What forms of PAYMENT do you accept?"

A. We accept the following:

  Credit Cards: You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, AmEx, and Discover.

(We use Paypal to securely process Credit Card & Debit Card orders.)

  Paypal: We accept payments directly through Paypal.

  Money Orders/Cashiers Checks (in US funds) --- no hold on your order, your order is shipped promptly!

  We recommend that you do NOT send Cash through the mail.

Q. "How is my package SHIPPED?"

A. We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service).

Packages to destinations within the US are sent with delivery tracking.

  Sorry, we do NOT offer express shipping or overnight delivery.

  Sorry, we do NOT ship COD.

Q. "Will you make a DONATION to our non-profit dog (rescue) group?"

A. As you can understand, we receive many, many requests for donations from extremely worthy causes from around the country...
unfortunately, with so many requests, we are unable to meet everyone's needs.

  So we contribute only to selected charities.

Q. "Where did the name Cloud K9 ® come from?"

A. We all know that anyone who is "on Cloud 9" is completely happy!

  Cloud K9 ® is our unique version of a happy place just for Dog Lovers!

A. We do not sell wholesale at this time.
